ONIGIRI POKE HOUSE — Restaurant in Jalisco

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered the Akua Poke Bowl and the Edamame via Rappi. The edamame was floating in a brown, spicy, oily broth. I had to strain and rinse it. The flavor was far from Asian and was so strong you could not taste the edamame. The Akua poke bowl was pretty much half pungent seaweed. There was more avocado than tuna, which nomally i wouldnt care about, but most of it tasted like the seaweed. The tuna was not seared rare like in the foto, but rather had this coloring, sort of like what they add to pickled ginger to make it pink. The rice was almost unedible. It was gummy and crunchy at the same time. It also had the dressing on it, which I had specified to be apart. This was hands down the worst poke bowl I've had in my life...and I'm Asian. It was also one of the most disappointing meals of my life...especially considering how much it costs!

La primera vez que pedí en aplicaciones como Uber Eat o DiDifood fue de este lugar y lo hice como en 3 ocasiones nunca tuve la suerte de que a mi comida le faltara algo o algún tema relacionado con ella, todo fue excelente de echo los sabores estaban espectaculares, puedo decir que se había convertido en mi lugar favorito para pedir comida y disfrutar en casa, hace una semana fui a hacer mi súper en Chedraui y va siendo mi sorpresa que al entrar veo que enfrente estaba este lugar donde siempre pedía de comer pero no sabía donde estaba porque no le prestaba atención al GPS hasta eso no demoraba tanto la comida, así que decidí ir a probar y conocer el lugar…

¡DECEPCIÓN TOTAL! Al momento de entrar una chica a lo lejos me grita será para llevar o para comer aquí? Y le conteste perdón?, ¿Que si va a comer aquí o es para llevar? Y le conteste que ahí lo cual fue ¡Error! Me llevo un chico de aspecto rudo y sucio una carta igual o peor de sucia con cinta tapando varias cosas que ya no hay en el menú y me dice que no hay y menciona como 6 ingredientes y 6 salsas y yo de ¡What! Total me dio tiempo y cuando regreso me puso una pluma en la mesa y le dije yo te encargo.. y me dice para eso es la pluma para que ponga en el menú que quiere y lo seleccione y me dice le dije que no hay tal cosa y tal cosa y bueno total que seguí en el lugar me trajo mi calpico sin hielo, las uñas las tenía largas y sucias, recalcar que en lugar no había nadie ni nada mesas vacías una tele que no funcionaba sin música se escuchaban sus risas y charlas entre la cocinera una chica y el mesero de aspecto espantoso, total que llego mi comida y a media comida pregunto por mi entrada de palomitas de camarón y pues que se les había olvidado que si aún las quería o no lógico que le dije que si porque son muy buenas la verdad y apesar de que ya no tienen las mismas salsas de antes pues el sabor sigue siendo el mismo picoso cremoso to y crujiente algo muy umami, al final llega con la cuenta y nos dice que el servicio no es incluido lo cual bueno ya se sabe pero no es necesario que lo recalquen y menos si sabes que no diste un servicio de calidad, si dejé propina pero volvería a pensar para ir a comer ahí creo es mejor cuando pide por aplicación y no te llevas una decepción de lugar porque se ve que falta mantenimiento y sobre todo una muy buena atención porfavor cuiden eso tienen buenos sabores y que haya todo de su menú o opten en hacer uno nuevo ya que los precios creo son altos pero vale la pena creo que el servicio...

Complete rip off, i have ordered before but never again. Spend 600 pesos and got a very small order of shrimp and tuna and was starving. Talk about small portions. When i called. they said i ordered an oppetizer but i did not. Supposed to get 2 full meals and got a snack. Had to order from someone else. Glad we have many options in pv, this place will not get a other cent from me! Try someone else if your hungry. The food that we got was good but...
