For the last 6+ times I ordered a pizza delivery(usually on a Sunday night) Zeferino's pizza has delivered both a pizza that was not as ordered (well done crispy with extra tomato sauce because they put so very little on their pizza despite being the main ingredient with cheese. Those last 6+ deliveries have come with no receipt and each time the delivery person said the pizza alone was $300 pesos even though the menu said it was $200 pizza for a 16" large or $220 for the Scampi specialty pizza. They are also overcharging for the 2L soda upon delivery despite what the menu states it cost. Today the delivery driver asked for $400 pesos for the pizza & bottle of soda with no receipt. My friend Carlos who ordered the pizza in Spanish is a real estate broker in PV called ZEFERINO's to complain about not receiving the "Meatlover's special crispy with extra tomato sauce as ordered in Spanish and being deliberately overcharged ($400 pesos) by the delivery boy for his order. The alleged manager told my friend Carlos that the owner was busy and could not listen to his complaint so my friend gave the manager his telephone number and said if the owner was seriously interested in how his business being operated then he should return his complaint call. Not only am I personally telling you what occurred in your last 6+ deliveries to my condo at the Peninsula but expect to read my complaints regarding your food service and deliberate delivery overcharging customers on TripAdvisor. By law you are required to give the customer a receipt for their purchase order. In the past I recommended your pizza to others but nowadays you seem not to care what you serve to the customer. Years ago I ordered a tiramisu dessert with my order and received a brownie instead and when I asked what is this (brownie) and where is the dessert I ordered I was told by the delivery person to be happy with what I got. The restaurant did not have...

Running in a circle of trying to find the best option nearby we found Zeferino's Pizza. A pretty decent stack of good to great reviews, and within walking distance of our condo. Sure! 10 minutes later the host was presenting us menus, taking beverage orders and doing all the things. Then the food came.
Then. The. Food. Came.
I have never seen my childs eyes roll back in his head from eating Alfredo, until today. My wife and I both tried it and, well, suffice to say after 20 years of marriage, we may have found a new love.
Then we tried our pizza, the Lucca was absolutely incredible.
Our less worldly offspring enjoyed a cheese pizza, and judging by the speed with which he made it vanish, we are pretty sure he enjoyed it.
Great place to eat. Great service. Great...
Read moreWe were starving and stumbled into this little pizza joint. Nothing fancy, restaurant with a small courtyard. We ordered the 16 inch Torino. It was a pleasant surprise to find it better than our expectation. The crust was thin and crunchy. The amount of topping was just right and the flavour is good. Warning to those who cannot eat spicy food. The Serrano peppers were no joke and they were quite generous on it. All in all a very good pizza. 👍 We went back for a second time and ordered the same pizza. This time there is more cheese, less ham and less spicy. I like the first one better but it is still very good. I will order extra spicy...
