Visited for a late dinner as there were not many other places open that we wanted to try. As many other reviews have said, the pizza is good, but the service is really slow. We had to wait ages for the waiter to take our order and it was also difficult to get his attention when we wanted to ask some questions. We had the cauliflower wings for starters, which were hot and delicious. We knew that the pizza would take longer as it says on the menu that they make everything fresh, so a wait of 30+ minutes is to be expected. It was really tasty, and we especially loved the chilli oil that they have on the tables. However, when we wanted to pay, we read on the menu that it says explicitly, tips are not obligatory. Since we didn't really enjoy the service, we didn't want to add anything to the bill. The waiter asked us once if we wanted to add a tip on the card machine, and we politely declined. He then processed the payment and tried to explain that all tips are shared between all the kitchen/waiting staff and if we enjoyed the meal then we should tip. It felt a bit awkward and pushy. We are happy to tip for good service, but why write it on your menu that tipping is not obligatory, and then make us feel bad for not doing so, especially when the...
Read moreI ordered a pizza with one change: no cilantro. The pizza came with enough cilantro you would think I asked for extra cilantro. I just looked at the server and asked, "no cilantro?" She took it away and picked off what she could and brought it back with still enough cilantro that I could not eat it like that. She claimed she would have to pay for it if I had it redone. It was such a tedious process because now the cilantro was melted into the cheese. I gave up. The photo is what I left behind. So I paid 400 pesos to eat half of what I ordered. The type of beer there is the cheap Tecate/dos equis beer and they charge 60 pesos a beer for that garbage. What an absolutely terrible experience, I paid 400 pesos to leave hungry. Across the street I found good beer...
Read moreOne of my friends was raving about this place, in Mexico City. She hadn’t eaten yet in Guadalajara but we went, and I’m sorry to say but it wasn’t very good. It was very expensive for what we had ordered. The portions were small and the 220 peso buffalo wings weren’t very tasty. They were just expensive.
The wall beside us had a button to page for help if we felt we needed it. When I would hit the button a server would come, not say a word to anyone at my table, turn off the light switch and walk away. I would not go back here again. Not very...
