Boicot Café — Restaurant in Mexico City

Dropped in here for breakfast after walking by. I love the design, colors and space. I think it’s a good spot to have coffee and work on your laptop—it has that co-work vibe. However, I’d pass on the food.

Ordered an omelette with “grilled veggies” and the vegetables were practically raw & cold…and there were more carrots (cheap vegetable) in it than I knew what to do with. It’s definitely not worth the $90 pesos ($4.50 USD). You’re paying close to $5 USD for a couple of eggs really.

Service is bad… Nice people but zero sense of client service. I wanted to order a sparkling water and after staring off trying to find someone to make eye contact with for 5 or so min… I gave up. The staff were busy having breakfast and chatting…facing any which way except in the direction of where customers were seated....

Boicot Buen Café is an absolute gem! The coffee is exceptional—smooth, rich, and clearly made with a passion for quality. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and modern, making it a great spot whether you’re catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just enjoying a quiet moment.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about their brews. You can tell they care about both the product and the experience. I also appreciated their thoughtful menu options—everything I tried was delicious, especially the pastries which paired perfectly with the espresso.

No pos wow! I accidentally ran into the spot walking around looking for a coffee joint with wifi that was open at 7 am. Easier said than done, you’ll find lots of coffee stands at each for we but not many coffee shops open early. Bingo! This place met the initial criteria, the test was pure bonus. Plenty of space and outlets at every table. Extensive coffee, juices and brunch options (btw, breakfast available all day!). Strong connection to get my homework done- I know, couldn’t get out of it.
