This wine bar in Mexico City is absolutely amazing! The service was incredible, with staff who were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The food? CUIDADO CON LAS ESTAFAS

Igual que en las terrazas del centro histórico, visitar esta tienda de vinos deja mucho que desear. A pesar de la buena selección de vinos y el ambiente agradable, la experiencia se vio empañada por una práctica poco transparente y deshonesta al momento de pagar. Los precios no son malos pero al finalizar el consumo, me sorprendí al ver que la cuenta incluía un cargo adicional de $250 MXN por cada botella de vino que pedimos, en concepto de “descorche”. Lo más frustrante fue que, al cuestionar el cobro, el personal justificó la situación diciendo que “lo sentimos, el mesero debió avisarte antes”. Sin embargo, nunca se mencionó esta tarifa al momento de ordenar, ni está anunciada en ningún lado, las botellas solo tienen un precio anotado, lo que genera una sensación de engaño.

Es una lástima que una tienda con tanto potencial se vea empañada por estas prácticas que parecen diseñadas para aprovecharse del cliente, especialmente cuando la información clave no se comunica de manera clara.
