This is the best park I have ever visited. Chapultepec Park is soluble the size of Central Park in New York. It is also full of beautiful history dating back to the Aztecs. The trees give you a lot of shade, and it is very nice to walk on the trails. On one of the entrances, there are a lot of vendors, so there are a lot of souvenirs and food to choose from. So if you are riding on an Uber and want to go in through this entrance, just let the driver know you want to go in through the entrance where the vendors are. The park has a zoo, the only royal castle in the Americas, a nice lake, the bathes where the Aztec emperor Montezuma used to shower, and more. It will take you the whole day to check out, so make enough time on your schedule. If there is something you have to leave out because of your tight schedule, I would say to leave out the zoo since there are zoos everywhere. I would like to point out that the zoo is free of charge just in case you have enough time. The castle is a must. Not only was the Castle the home of Emperor Maximilian and Carlota, who ruled on behalf of France for a few years, but it was also the home of several Mexican presidents and the place where six young Mexican cadet boys died fighting against the U.S. during the Mexican American war.

While this is a wonderful park, the name means "forest" and this is likewise a remarkable forest. When one stands at the castle that graces the east central area at the top of "Grasshopper Hill," which we were told Chapultepec means, you look out in all directions at the tops of lush green trees with great city views beyond. We knew there were lanes and vendors and all manner of other activity going on below us, but what we saw was forest. In the midst of all the chaos that is Mx City, this is a wonderful oasis. And then of course there are numerous world class museums sprinkled around this huge park as well. A great destination on its own, and a fine spot to just hang for a bit away from the bustle.

During my visit to Mexico City in the month of May 3rd to 6th August 3rd so many places and this place was very near to Performa. This is a very huge area with Marvelous structure & design. It is on little high from ground level but for Sr citizens and Differently able person a lift has been provided. It has a beautiful museum also and from terrace u can have a look of beautiful City. There are many vendors selling local goods / handicrafts and eatables. Rest room available. U may enjoy outside Ground place as Picnic area. Don't forget to take a photo from a licenced professional photographer near main gate. Please see more details on Google. Sharing few Photos and videos.

It's a big park with different sections, full of paths where you can ride a bicycle or skate, a train that you can ride to see all the park and wooden areas where you can have picnics, it also has a lake where you can go on boats, and several snacks, fruit, knick knacks and toy vendors. Inside It is Chapultepec's Castle, a museum with a great view of Reforma Avenue and many other museums such as the Papalote children's museum, the museum of electricity, and the Museum of Natural History. One of the downsides is that there aren't a lot of bathrooms around, but the ones that exist are well equipped and clean. Depending on the section they allow dogs or not.

Long before Columbus sailed the ocean blue back in ‘92, the Aztecs were enjoying this piece of prime land located in the middle of Tenochtitlán. Now the park is the largest public park in the Western Hemisphere, totaling more three times the area of New York City’s Central Park. The Bosque de Chapultepec is home to the Castillo de Chapultepec site of the famous battle between los gringos and the heroic children of Mexico. Today’s children, however, rather than fight the evil imperialists, can enjoy the park’s many play grounds, lakes, and of course dorilocos sold by the many stalls lining Chapultepec’s many wide avenues.
