This is my absolute favorite local coffee roaster! The best part is that it's not a hipster coffee shop, they offer excellent prices and high-quality coffee, and their staff is very professional and welcoming. I recently asked for a recommendation on a coffee that's good for cold brew, and the staff made a blend for me within a minute, with the medium coarse grinds that I had requested. Every experience I've had at this coffee roaster has been an incredibly pleasant one. I highly recommend giving them a try!

This shop has been roasting and blending coffee beans for over 80 years. My wife brought me a bag from her visit a couple of years ago and we vowed to go back. I’m so glad we did! They roast it right there in the shop and blend it when you order it. The guys behind the counter are incredibly helpful and the coffee is priced very well. We brought back two kilos this time and will do so again when we return. (Of course, we were only in the coffee shop side. We never tried the food, lol!)

The staff here are so welcoming. If you are unsure which coffee to choose, they have a coffee shop just a few stalls down where you can have a drink to try the different coffees out. And you can tell them the type of coffee profile you prefer and they would mix and match the beans to suit your taste. Despite my tourist-level Spanish, they were able to understand what I wanted.

You can have the beans whole or ground. The price is unmatched at 250 pesos for 1kg of beans. You can also request them to pack the beans in smaller...
