We were pulled off the street and we're told they had great food and entertainment. We sat then they sat smokers next to us, the place was empty. We were the only 2 tables in the place. The young man that served us could not understand that although I ordered for the table, not all the food was for me. I asked for small plates and he brought me one. I asked for avocado, onions, and cilantro on the side and he didn't bring it. I asked twice more and nothing. I asked him again why he didn't bring it and he said that's a common request. He finally brought it but it was a spoonful of each. We had all ordered tacos and it was our dish which had 4 tacos each. The young man got frustrated and walked away and the manager came and asked what happened. So he sent another server and she was very upset with us for needing drinks. I went Monday after midday, I was originally going to another restaurant but that one was packed and the hostess couldn't tell me how long it would take. So wandering around we found a guy in the corner with the menu, he showed me the menu and I was convinced. When we got there it was empty, we got seated in the backyard which looked great. I decided to get the menu of the day while my bf decided to get a burger. The waiters were super awesome, the food was great and the drinks cold as they should be. I did read the other reviews, but honestly I was treated super great and no, I didn't look touristy hahaha. Bathroom was also clean. Only thing to note, yes, they add the tip on the receipt. My recommendation is to avoid any law problems: put suggested amount with tip $## and without tip $##. This will give the consumer the appearance of just going with it, instead of doing math. Este lugar fue, sin duda, la peor experiencia que he tenido. Comenzando por el servicio, es absolutamente inaceptable que te cobren un 15% de propina sin siquiera preguntar si deseas dejarla. No solo es una falta de respeto, sino que además es ilegal ( PROFECO!). Para empeorar las cosas, estoy convencido de que inflaron mi cuenta agregando cosas que no consumí. No comi mucho y gasté bastante, la cuenta fue ridículamente alta.

El ambiente tampoco es nada del otro mundo; de hecho, es bastante mediocre. Pero lo que realmente me molestó fue la terrible atención al cliente. Desde el inicio, fue un desastre total. Hacen preventas para eventos, pero no respetan el aforo ni las reservaciones. El acceso es extremadamente lento, y una vez dentro, te das cuenta de que el espacio del foro es insuficiente para la cantidad de gente que meten. Es absurdo que sobrevendan boletos y luego no tengan dónde acomodar a las personas que, habiendo llegado temprano, no pueden ver el espectáculo por el que ya pagaron.

El personal es, en una palabra, incompetente. tienes que literalmente corretear a un mesero para que te asignen una mesa. La actitud de todos los empleados es pésima, desde los meseros hasta el gerente, quien tiene un trato horrible. Este último me trató de correr tres veces solo porque no consumí tanto como otras mesas. Si la política de la empresa es responder con excusas en vez de tomar acciones reales, deberían replanteárselo.

La "terraza" es otro punto que merece ser mencionado, pero no de manera positiva. En época de lluvias, la lona que supuestamente protege la zona es inútil; todo se moja, pero aun así insisten en meter a la gente ahí, sin importarles la comodidad de los clientes.

Los precios no son bajos, considerando la pésima condición del lugar. Como mencioné, intentan cobrar la propina por adelantado, entre un 20% y 30%, lo cual es completamente inaceptable.

En resumen, este es el peor lugar en el que he estado. La mala atención, los precios inflados, el ambiente mediocre, y la total falta de respeto hacia el cliente hacen que este sitio no merezca ni siquiera una estrella. Lo peor de todo es que, debido a las preventas, siguen operando y lucrando con el dinero de los clientes que, como yo, se ven atrapados en esta pésima situación. No lo recomiendo en...
