Polanco’s ice cream and I are not getting along today 🤣 This is the second cone I’ve tossed in the garbage in the past 30 minutes. This time, the “Chorro” had good texture but included some dry chunks of something vaguely reminiscent of cardboard 🤷‍♂️

Nothing special. It’s prettier than it tastes. We had the vanilla, cafe con cacao nibs and the flan. For such a pretty aesthetic looking shop, I had expected more flavor. The cafe con cacao nibs was not exciting (subtle coffee flavor), the flan too sweet and the vanilla...
