we come here often for the pozole. It is really one of the best in town and the price is extremely reasonable. it is so good that we tried few of the other things they offer: we particularly liked the flautas ahogadas, the quesadillas con flor de calabaza or cochinita pibil and the enchiladas verdes. We really enjoy the service: I am not sure how they do it, but they manage to bring you the food at an amazing speed and also to make you feel welcome and very well taken care of. we really admire both the managers and the waiters, they are doing a wonderful job and I wished other places adopted this model. Also, the quality of the food and the service is remarkably consistent across locations. we come to Rio Neva often, but we tried several other locations and they were all...

I travelled the whole and, despite being unsure about many things in life and beyond, there's one thing I'm absolutely sure about: LA CASA DE TOÑO is ABSOLUTE BEST restaurant in the whole world. Enchiladas, Tacos de Maciza and everything else, sopes, the amazing Pozole...you are served with a feast from the Gods, and for an excellent price. How can that eve be possible?! You are served super fast, it's unbelievable - almost scary: the moment a pozole crosses my mind..baang there it is right in front of me. If I was a religious person I would create a Church of Toño. Regardless of it, I repeat the same motto/mantra everyday righ after wakiing up: "Live,...

Wow what can I say!! I absolutely loved this place!the very fast service, very attentive wait staff and manager that was on duty was nothing but exceptional. The ordering was kinda tricky because you're given a sheet with the menu and you have to mark down what you'd like which we didn't know being that it was our first time and one of the wait staff helped us. The food was excellent,we ordered pozole, tostada de tinga, flautas ahogada, huevos divorciado and they were all delicious. This place is a chain and common in Mexico city and it's a must!for sure I'm returning every time I get the...

I read someone call this place the Mexican McDonald's hahaha. Absolutely correct. The staff were really great. We had excellent service. Servers checked on us constantly. It was a busy night and we did wait about 30 mins to be seated. Ordered pozole, quesadillas, guacamole, and taquitos. All were really great. Not many vegan options but if you need vegan make sure to let them know something can accommodate. Would eat here again and we did. I even ordered a pozole to-go. Everyone was happy with their order.

It's just ok... The food is good and inexpensive, they have a great variety of plates and drinks, but maybe need more options in desserts. The place is clean and ordered. The bad thing is the place ALWAYS is crowded and you need to wait outside, the waiters always are hurried up and makes you feels like they're stressed or annoyed, despite not being rude in any way. So you have always the little feeling to eat and go away.
