La Milla San Miguel Chapultepec — Restaurant in Mexico City

Recent early July trip to Mexico City. I was staying in Polanco, and wanted a early coffee shop on my Concha quest. They open at 7am, which is rare in this city. When I arrived, they did not have concha's this particular day, so I opted for a mediterraneo De Cuarto Queso quiche @ 110 pesos instead. Oh my, incredible. The pastry crust was thin and flakey and the filling was perfect. The cappuccino was made to perfection. Pricing was extremely fair. I sat at a table in the front of the restaurant and enjoyed people watching. The restroom was one of the cleanest I experienced in the city! SUPER yummy coffee + jugos and chill, friendly and happy atmosphere created by their kind staff. They are really nice people working there.

Due to some Airbnb problem we found ourselves stuck there while looking for a new accommodation for more than an hour with all our luggage and a baby. Not only did they not mind us with all our luggage but went way and beyond to help us out in this otherwise not so fun situation. Un lugar que no vale la pena visitar, desde que llegué los meseros tuvieron una atención mediocre. Contexto: Les cuento que llegué con otros dos amigos y como a los dos minutos llegó una chica (la cual no era de aquí, era extrajera pues) e inmediatamente uno de los meseros le preguntó que iba pedir, lo cual me pareció incorrecto ya habíamos llegado primero y a pesar de que había varios meseros en la barra, ninguno nos brindó la atención. Lo interesante fue que la misma chica le hizo la aclaración a la persona que nosotros habíamos llegado primero y solo así parece que notaron nuestra existencia… Desde ahí mal todo. Tardaron mil años en tomarnos la orden y otros mil en que llegara. Una de las cosas que pedimos no la llevaron nunca pero si la agregaron en el ticket. 😒 El café fue el más insípido y horrible que he probado, lo único que se salvó a medias fue el sándwich de jamón serrano que estaba aceptable pero tenía casi nada de jamón 😓 Conclusión: solo te conviene visitar este lugar si eres extranjero al parecer, de otra forma recibirás una atención mediocre y de los platillos y café pues… 👎🏼 y ya mejor ni hablo de los precios, nada que ver con la calidad y sabor de...
