El producto es maravilloso, tanto Tortillas como masa pero tuve una mala experiencia en el servicio. Fui a comprar masa y un tejate, trate de pagar con un billete de $500 pesos pero resultó que no tenían cambio (era la 1 pm, si abren a las 8am, deberían tener cambio). Uno de los chicos encargados me dijo que iria a cambiar el billete pues yo no traía otra forma de pago. Lo vi cruzar la calle y regresar, me dijo que iria al banco pues ningún otro comercio se lo quiso cambiar. Se tardo cerca de 20 minutos, cuando regresó, me dijo que en el banco le habían dicho que el billete era falso. Yo había sacado ese mismo billete del ATM. Por más corrupción que exista en la CDMX, ¿cuando han visto que el banco te de billetes falsos? Es responsabilidad del negocio contar con cambio para sus transacciones diarias. ¿Cómo saber qué el empleado no me cambió el billete por uno falso? Tal cual fue su palabra contra la mía. La gerente del lugar llegó después y le dio la razón al empleado, y no me recibió el billete aún cuando yo le asegure que ese billete venia de un cajero. El empleado incluso alegó que el cajero de BBVA quiso detenerlo y tomarle foto sosteniendo el billete. Morajela para los dueños, si no van a tener cambio entonces no acepten billetes de 500 pesos porque arriesgan la credibilidad del cliente...
