I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews, but this was exceptionally bad food. The tuna on the tostada was good. The cauliflower appetizer was inedible. The sauce was supposed to be a peanut sauce and it looked like a paste. I couldn’t even dip the cauliflower into it to savor the flavor. I asked the waitress for Ali, which is a common sauce used anywhere and she didn’t know what I was talking about so she brought a green sauce and a red sauce that were both very watery and had little to no flavor. Couldn’t eat my appetizer. Then our entrées came and my shrimp enchiladas didn’t taste like shrimp and I looked at the contents of the enchilada and I don’t even know what meat it was, but I was so hungry that I ate it anyways even though it was cold. My friends steak dish came with sliced steak and it was cold, and it was accompanied by this black Bean sauce we think? The dish did not make any sense. Why didn’t they pair it with a delicious sautéed squash or guacamole or black truffle steak fries? I don’t know anything but that watery black bean sauce that was next to the steak. My friend also had to return his steak dish because it was also cold. And his last bite was basically full of fat so he couldn’t eat it. Whoever the chef is needs to reconsider the menu because it was just an absolute failure, except for the tuna appetizer. everything else was great. The atmosphere, the music, the service, but the food was just…I am at a...

If you’re looking for a unique dining experience in Mexico City, Palmares is the perfect place. This restaurant is located in a quiet and well connected area. The interior design is impressive, you will be on a terrace with natural details that will make you feel in a tropical garden.

When it comes to food, Palmares offers a high quality culinary experience, with dishes that fuse the best of contemporary Mexican cuisine. The flavors are innovative, yet always rooted in traditional elements. The tuna taco with pasilla chili marmalade is one of the must-try specialties, as is the fish wrapped in banana leaf. Additionally, their selection of cocktails, especially those made with mezcal, pairs wonderfully with any dish.

The staff is attentive, professional, and always eager to make your experience memorable.

It’s the perfect place for a special meal, a celebration, or simply to enjoy a great time with...

The restaurant is located on a terrace in a second floor of a nice building in Roma Norte. Went for an early dinner on a weekday. It was a cool night and the weather felt great. Kicked it off with some drinks before having food. First we shared mondatidos (bread with toppings, we tried tuna, goat cheese and steak, respectively). Then I got fish tacos. I think their specialty is seafood, but they have some meat-based dishes too. The place got crowded as the night went on. Definitely recommended making a reservation. Staff was very nice. Menu and drinks...

Overall I was very impressed with the ambiance of the rooftop and pleased with the service. I ordered the Peruvian ceviche which was amazing. The presentation and the flavors were authentic and good. However, for dessert we ordered the "bomba de chocolate" which honestly disappointed. It was basically a huge bowl of ice creams without much flavor beyond that. My friend ordered the salmon dish, which didn't have too much flavor either. The fried cauliflower was delicious though! Overall I liked it and will go back for drinks and the atmosphere.

Another great experience in CDMX. We booked a table for 7 for a group of us visiting from SF, CA. We gathered to both celebrate my 60th BDAY and a Thank you to all those that traveled to CDMX. The food at Palmares was excellent and the service provided by el Senor Francisco was excellent. Some in our group do not speak Spanish but Francsico was very patient and helpful as well as all the other restaurant team members. The cost per person is very reasonable for a dinner of that caliber. Gracias a todo el equipo de Palmares!
