I had the most extraordinary dining experience at Chef Bryan's new restaurant Pascal after being a fan of Casa Balandra previously. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in the heart of a bustling Mexican kitchen, with all its aromatic flavors and warmth.
The food was not just delicious; it was an adventure for the taste buds. Each dish felt like a culinary masterpiece, crafted with passion and expertise. The flavors were a perfect symphony of Mexico City's culinary heritage, and every bite was a delightful surprise.
The staff was incredible, providing top-notch service that made me feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to share their knowledge about the menu. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.
The restaurant itself was a luxurious haven, with an ambiance that exuded elegance and comfort. It was spotlessly clean, and every detail, from the decor to the table settings, was meticulously thought out.
Without a doubt, Chef Bryan's restaurant serves some of the best food that Mexico City has to offer. I can't wait to return and savor more of these exquisite flavors. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this is the...
The food in this new French bistro is super modern, light, surprising and absolutely exquisite. Young chef Bryan Balandra is an alchemist of the highest order who will bring fresh magic to Roma Norte's sometimes overwrought gastronomic scene. We stumbled across Pascal on opening night, and we weren't expecting much from the food or the service. To our surprise, the simple, legible and unprepossessing menu heralds dishes that turn out to be memorable: artisanal tomato and rainbow chard salad dressed with a perfect, refreshing vinaigrette; white broth soup with Reggiano flakes, toasted bread, truffle oil and coriander leaves; file of sole braised to perfection on a bed of black squid ink risotto – al dente, creamy and deliciously fragrant; tender and juicy quail confit served whole on a bed of fresh rosemary; chocolate mousse with goat and quince ice cream dotted with chilli-based oil. The restaurant is modern and simple but cozy. The impeccable kitchen operates in full view of the diners. And the staff is effortlessly attentive and...

Their concise menu reflects their dedication to creating dishes that are nothing short of spectacular in flavor and freshness. The open kitchen adds a visual delight, with the chef's meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. The service is quick and exceptionally friendly.
I highly recommend trying the oysters Rockefeller with spinach, the fresh and zesty salmon mousse, and the house specialty lamb pasta to finish with the lime pie (chef kiss to this meal).
Located in the heart of Colonia Roma, Pascal is an absolute must-visit for an all-encompassing sensory delight. Thank...
