Great location, the staff was mostly very serviceable, and the rooms are comfy; only couple of issues: no elevator, so if you got a room on the 3rd floor, get ready for some hauling, also, had to take a shower at 2 30 AM for a flight, no hot water at that hour, and lastly, electric plugs only about 3 worked, the rest were blocked, only allowing for a USB charge in some. This hotel was just what we hoped for for our first visit to Mexico city. The room, though not large, was very bright, comfortable, and super clean (thank you Laura), and the shower was great! Highly recommend! The hotel is very modern and clean (obviously pretty new). The room was exactly as advertised, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel staff were extremely friendly!
