Lovely place and attentive service, bring differents people together who knows and have experience about wine, food and cocktails and you get this great results on each things you're coming for. It says wine bar on maps but the food and cocktails takes an equal space. Food is well executed and served both by the front team and the chefs themselves, the cocktails are well balanced, mostly low ABV or apéritif focused but classics and bespoke drinks are also an option and finally even if I'm not so much into wine they have some great selection, i found something I liked and even knew few bottles i saw before in France or Switzerland in some really great restaurants. Congrats and thanks again ! 🙏🏼 Oh and by the way: discovered that Sans golden ale beer which is one of the best alcohol free beer I've tried, good to have this kind of options too 🙌🏼

I stumbled upon this gem on my last day in CDMX, and I was wowed. The interior was charming, and the drinks were delicious and complex. Bonus points for the heart-shaped lemon peel on my first drink. 🍋💛 But what makes this the kind of bar I’d absolutely return to is the people there. I wanted to put my five months of Duolingo Spanish learning into practice, and they were more than happy to help, without a single second of frustration or annoyance, and they actually had a conversation with me. Thanks for the warm welcome and farewell, Damian, Vincent, and Rosemary (hope I got these names right 🤞). You all made my last day in the city wonderful!

Loved this spot. Cool and chic but still warm and welcoming. The food was phenomenal — creative, vegetable-forward, and beautifully executed. The pastry was insanely buttery, and the savory churro was so unique and delicious. The chefs and bartender were incredibly attentive — they noticed I wasn’t drinking and offered to make me the most delicious mocktail. Getting to chat with them made the whole experience feel personal. Highly recommend.

I've found my new favorite wine/cocktail bar. The service was by far the best aspect of my experience - never once did we have to ask for more water or for our plates to be cleared. The wine selection (both natural and traditional) was incredible, with many available by the glass as well as by the bottle. My boyfriend had their most expensive cocktail (because it was purely alcohol - mezcal, sherry, Amaro, and vermouth) and it was soo worth it - well balanced and delicious. I had one of their natural wines (a garnacha by Todos Contentos from Valle de Guadalupe) and absolutely loved it; it was also chilled to perfection which is vital for natural wines, reds especially. We had the wild boar tarine and it was incredible and this is coming from someone who doesn't love pates and the like. It came with some delicious sourdough baguette slices, which were promptly replenished (no extra charge) as we ate. I can't wait to go back and share this place with friends. The only criticism I have is that the lighting at the tables could be dimmer, to make it feel more like a cocktail bar and less like a...

Exceptional Experience at Sin Cruda – A Must-Visit in Mexico City!

I recently had the pleasure of dining and drinking at Sin Cruda, and I can’t recommend it enough! This stylish bar and restaurant offers a fantastic blend of delicious, innovative cocktails and mouthwatering food that perfectly showcases the flavors of Mexico. The drinks are expertly crafted with a focus on local ingredients and bold flavors, while the menu offers a variety of creative and fresh dishes that pair beautifully with the cocktails. The ambiance is vibrant yet cozy, making it ideal for both a night out with friends or a more intimate evening. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Sin Cruda is truly a gem in Mexico City – I’ll definitely be back next time...
