Like other reviews say, it's small. I think for the size, it's overpriced at 80 pesos. Despite this, it is enjoyable, they close at 5 and i came after 4 but only needed 10 min for a quick peak. My favorite part was the aroma section.

I learned there were 3 different types of cacao beans - would have been nice to sample each one or know in the chocolate shop which came from which bean. When you enter they give you a sample of a raw cacao beans, but once I learned there are multiple different kinds of cacao, it would have been more special to experience the different kinds! I've visited another chocolate shop in another country where they just melt the chocolate so it's pure and vegan and you sample the different kinds. Like a chocolate flight.

I was disappointed in the shop, the cafe space is very nice but more chocolate should be without dairy. The cafe spot also has a large section that says veganos which I thought meant vegan but apparently none of it is vegan. There were 3 chocolate pieces that were suitable for vegans but the rest all have milk. Please include more vegan options, either more dark cacao options or with plant...

I've been here before and had a good experience back in December or January 2024-2025. At that time we paid the same amount of money and were treated and very nicely with a tour. This time, no tour. We were told go this way and if you have any questions let us know. Looks like the managers are gone and the workers are not doing their jobs. I know this place can do a lot better. It's very small. The only way to really enjoy it is with a great tour guide. If you don't speak Spanish there's not a tremendous amount in English and it just does not enjoyable. We went through in a few minutes and it really disappointed my daughter who was really looking for to it. What can I say. Last time we got a bunch of chocolates. This time we just were not happy about anything and bought no chocolates. Besides, the chocolate's are extremely expensive, at least a doll good but a little expensive.

Even the sample roasted cocoa beans were stale at the door.

I would have given this place one star this time but I know they can do better. Very...

Very fun place to learn some cool history of chocolate with lots of neat displays!

There was a guided tour in Spanish by a couple very nice staff! Plenty of written info in English, which was nice for me since I don't speak Spanish.

There was an extra workshop in traditional chocolate making which you could purchase separately from admission tickets. I didn't do that part because I mistakenly thought it was too late to sign up. I did get to watch a couple of guys do it and a staff member basically walked them through the process and they got to craft their own chocolate from beans! They kindly shared samples with several people standing around watching and it was delicious! Definitely purchase this extra if you have the chance!

Don't forget to stop by the drink and chocolate shop for something to take home! :D

The picture I shared is a photo sphere of a room where the walls are covered in chocolate medallions! It smells...
