Museo de Cera — Attraction in Mexico City

The location is not proper. I believe the emergency protocols are non-existent, a very big crowd inside an old house during the tour time. They dont have control about the number of people inside the location and it is very dangerous since that area from CDMX has a lot of sismic activity. In addition, there are not enough signs to indicate a possible danger. A big wheel in the entry I saw it a child falls and no one from the employees go to the child's parents to offer emergency attention. Very bad! It is a shame because some wax figures are pretty accurate. The issue is most relative to the location itself, protocols and employees...

I visited on 2020 on a school trip, as a teacher, and some students aged 8 cried knowing there's a horror section and also in the tunnel from the Ripley Museum, so I would recommend this place for people over 10 years old. The kids enjoyed the rest of the museum though, especially the 4D experience. The staff were really helpful and entertaining, they had a lot of energy and helped a lot when the kids had to queue with interactive activities and chants. The food and beverages are a bit overpriced, Icee drinks are $62 mxn, but some interesting souvenirs are sold such as wax hands and...

Excelente lugar, ordenado, cuidado, respetando la sana distancia, se agradecen esos momentos de pandemia.

El lugar. Muy bien, amplio, el personal cuidando el acceso, atendiendo las medidas de higiene, en tiempos de pandemia muy bien, enhorabuena.

El personal. Atentos, capacitados recomendando a los visitantes que mantengan una distancia saludable y evitando que las personas se salgan de los protocolos de salud. Muy bien hecho.

La variedad de personajes. Muy buen y muy buen trabajo de quien hace las figuras, respetando el tipo de vestuario de los personajes.

Quizás lo único que puedo observar es el hecho de que dejaron entrar a demasiada gente y, a veces, se pierde la distancia saludable.

En general, aceptable, solo para problemas de pandemia.
