Ok, so the food was mostly good. One burger was great, the one I had was just kinda dry, and the size of the burgers is much smaller than you’d expect from the marketing (not that you want a ton more than what you get). The sweat potato fries were excellent, might be tempted to go back just for those. But, the main reason I’m giving it just two stars is that our waitress spilled half a container of salad dressing on my wife and didn’t apologize or really say anything. Also, the atmosphere is fine, but really just a big loud box crammed with people, so if you’re looking for a pleasant time eating burgers in polanco you’ve got better options like sliders over in polanquito. Cuando el dueño de un establecimiento tiene que decir en su descripción que "sus hamburguesas hacen pensar de manera no convencional" - las cosas van mal. Y de verdad es así.

Un restaurante empieza por el menu. Un menu de 63 paginas. Para cuando llegue a la sección de hamburguesas en la página 20-algo ya se me olvidó que había leído y se me quitaron las ganas de seguir ojeando.

Pedi una hamburguesa Lewis, de la que (según dice la carta) empezó todo. Si todo empezó asi, me sorprende que el restaurante siga existiendo. La hamburguesa no era uniforme, estaba jugosa en el centro y casi seca en los bordes. No traia sal ni pimienta, ni mencionar alguna "mezcla secreta". Lo único notable fueron los aros de cebolla empanizados con alguna masa esponjosa que no aportaron nada ni al sabor, ni a la sensación de la hamburguesa en la boca.

La ensalada que acompañaba la hamburguesa estuvo decente. La acabe toda (la hamburguesa no), aunque justo ahí se podrían poner un poco más creativos y servir algo más original que una tradicional ensalada verde.

La cerveza de barril "de la casa" estuvo muy buena, valió absolutamente su precio.

En resumen. No me gustó. Son hamburguesas demasiado fantasiosas y al mismo tiempo mal preparadas. Un consejo al dueño - regresen a los principios, cuando preparaban hamburguesas en su casa. Estoy seguro que...

Reasonable burger place with a large selection of interesting burgers. Had the Calvin which was a bit heavy on the caramelized onions, but the meat was delicious. Fries were okay and the atmosphere is a bit "high school cafeteria", but the beer selection is great! Note: It's upstairs.
