Before you eat food in the Yoshimi restaurant Through a good experience. When you enter first you have to go into a hotel to enter. After you enter the hotel, you go through a black door, passing the black door. There is a wine cellar and to the left side there is a zen garden. Walking to your table you feel the lights heat up. As you sit. You have a comfortable pillow on your chair.

Once you are served your food, the magic begins.I ordered brochures to begin with the appetizer.Brochures come with a little sauce similar to soy sauce, but it was sweeter and a little bit more viscous. The brochures tasted amazing. Combined with this sauce, it tasted similar to a cheese honey bun with the consistency of smoother fried chicken. After that, my California row arrived. The California roll consists of rice, seaweed, avocado, a little bit of shrimp, lobster Cucumber and salmon roe.As expected, it was a wonderful mix of flavors. Then my mixed rice arrived.Mixed rice is a combination of rice, vegetables and meat. It was simply delicious.

The price of the restaurant is a little bit expensive, but they treat you like you...

2016/May -Double check what you ordered before eating: It is the first time we had meals in this restaurant. We ordered Wafu steak $300 and we happily finished the "Wafu steak". Until we saw the bill showed "Wagyu steak Japone $1600", we found out that the juicy steak we ate are not "Wafu steak" we ordered. (⊙ˍ⊙)! We still paid it because we ate the steak all and leaving nothing. So according to my experience, make sure which steak before eating. -Edomae Chirashi $510: Compared with other Japanese restaurant in CDMX, this Edomae Chirashi is a good deal. It serve many fatty and good quality sashimi. (PS. We did not have diarrhea problem after...

We have spend months traveling through Japan and eating at Japanese restaurants in large cities worldwide so we have a good grasp of Japanese cuisine. We found yoshimi doing a ChatGpt deepsearch for the most authentic and best regarded Japanese restaurants in CDMX. Unfortunately the food was underwhelming. Some appetizers were good (miso soup and the algae salad) and others were bland or bathed in Soy sauce instead of Ponzu sauce. The biggest disappointment was the shabu shabu with A5 wagyu. The broth was entirely tasteless. I can’t recommend this place.

Came here specifically for the wagyu shabu shabu. The meat quality was good, but the portion tiny. We had to order 2 extra portions of meat, which basically doubled the bill. If you are craving wagyu shabu shabu in Mexico City, this is probably the place to splurge at. But not entirely sure if it’s worth the price tag, since there was nothing special about the ingredients in the shabu shabu itself apart from the wagyu. Previously, I have also tried the yakisoba (Rappi delivery) and it was below average.

Absolutely exemplary dining experiences on multiple occasions. Tempura and other menu items, as well as the sashimi, are always fresh and of the highest quality. Highly attentive but not intrusive service is perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and view of the garden. And the extensive menu options allow you to customize your dining experience. You can order menu items a la carte or choose their omakase menu, kaiseki menu, or degust menu. Very impressive...
