The interior was so beautiful and the service was amazing, until it wasn’t. We had speedy top notch service until a big group came in to a reserved section and the servers completely forgot about us. Had us waiting 20 minutes for a bottle of water. Towards the end we ordered a bottled water and an espresso shot but we waited 25 minutes and it never came. When we asked for the check, had to wait another 15 minutes for it to come and the water & espresso that we NEVER GOT was on our bill. I also had them pack up my fettuccine Alfredo to go and they forgot about it. As for the food, The calamari was amazing. The pizza was awful! I swear it tasted like frozen Costco pizza. But honestly, Costco pizza is probably better. They’re known for their Alfredo but my goodness, it was inedible. Nasty. My boyfriend ordered the tortellini and that was okay. All in all, I’ve had better “Italian” food at Olive Garden. Drinks were good. Would not recommend this place.

This place has a great ambiance and amazing service. We had a red and white wine and both were some of the best we ever had. So you can imagine our disappointment when the food did not match. We wanted it to be good so bad, but the first warning sign of a reality check came with eggplant Parmesan appetizer. It was edible, but soggy texture and lacking flavor. The fettuccine Alfredo was quite the show. It was good with the flavors of all the cheeses but nothing life changing. But our other entree the risotto really tipped the scale. It was void of flavor, cold and almost inedible with incorrect texture. Would not be suprised if both the eggplant and risotto were microwaved left overs. We were given some small complementary chocolates for dessert. But overall if it’s good food you are looking for would not recommend. For the price there are much better options.

Went for weekday dinner so not too crowded. It's on the second floor of intercontinental hotel. Comes with an amuse of salmon and cream cheese which started out so well. The wine sommelier was very helpful in selecting the perfect wine for our fettuccine alfredo and truffle cream sauce pasta (best pasta!). We later found the Spanish white wine we had in CityMart and found it had a whopping 4.2 rating on vivino! You cannot miss their tiramisu.

Very warm welcome, peaceful atmosphere with an elegant touch. Margaritas custume made with grand marnier with mezcal, martinis are good. Pastas with mix seafood are a good choice, the pic is just half portion, grill octopus with the garnish sauce is delicious as well. The carpaccio with truffle oil and cheeses, I just wish they can add some crackers or crostini on the side but other then that, our experience there was impeccable.

Awesome service starting with hostess, ending with the waiter. The food is beyond incredible, it feel like those Italy town restaurants. Seriously recommend Pasta Alfredo, Pizza Marguerite and Mozzarella Appetizer. Expensive but worth every penny you pay. Thanks Alfredo Di Roma. Side note: my wife and I were celebrating her birthday, they gave us a complementary incredible birthday piece o cake.
