Went there twice. First for Lunch: They gave us the menu and as it was lunch, not all options were available. We had Pescadillios (80$) and Tlayuda vegetales (90 $). Both was very good. As the dining menu sounded very good too and was reasonably priced (plate with grilled fish filet for 200 $), we came back for dinner. The waitress said, that there is no menu for dinner and all options listed on the wall under "cena" (dinner) are not available. She told us only Red Snapper, dorada, shrimps and lobster is available. No prices were indicated. As we knew, that this is just a comedor and we knew that menu from before, we did not thought about the price. Ended up with 900 $ for one small red snapper and a tiny lobster without drinks. For half the price you can go to the most upscale restaurant in Zipolite and get a perfect plate of fish or meat in a nice setting. Sad to give just one star, but it was a classic tourist trap. 2 stars as the food was good.

We went to this delightful place for dinner. I had the entomatadas, while my companions enjoyed the blue corn pancakes. I’m not sure how they prepare their food here or if it's a characteristic of Oaxacan cuisine, but oh, was it delicious! The entomatadas had the exact flavors I was expecting and more, and the blue corn pancakes (gluten-free) were accompanied by authentic bee honey, which made them absolutely scrumptious. The talented ladies and cooks in the back truly knew what they were doing. We even tried to return for dinner, but unfortunately, it was getting late (around 9:15). We were really looking forward to dining here again!

This was one of our favorite meals we had during our time in Zipolite. Absolutely make sure to come to dinner here. I was hoping to get a lobster, but they didn’t have any. Got the shrimp instead and was not disappointed. The sauce they put on all the dishes is amazing. Also, the side potatoes are nothing to sleep on either. It was fun to sit outside and watch the chef grill. Hope to make it make here one day because I know I will always think about this meal!

Another restaurant in Zipolite we went to on multiple occasions (3x dinners and 1x breakfast). Went here on the recommendation of a friend who had been to Zipolite a few weeks prior.

They bring you a platter showcasing the fresh seafood they have on offer that day - we tried the red snapper, octopus, and tuna and some local fish. The standouts for us were the red snapper and the tuna. For breakfast, definitely try the chilaquiles with mole sauce, and the Mexican fried eggs with chorizo.

Service was excellent and everyone was super friendly.

The restaurant is right on the main road entering the Adoquin, so can be quite busy (and dusty during...
