Carlos is the most welcoming man!! Always greeting with a smile. He clearly makes his food with love and fresh, quality ingredients. We ate here at the beginning of our 10 day trip and both loved every part of the experience. After spending time at the beach we had one night in Oaxaca and decided tortas would be the perfect food to take for our long journey home. Thank you Carlos for everything!! I absolutely loved this place. I went almost every single day I was in Oaxaca. I love both Miguel and Carlos. Both were always so so nice. Carlos was always excited to share his newest creations. He makes everything there. It’s all natural. It’s all homemade. And it’s all delicious.

It doesn’t matter what you try everything is delicious. I think I may have tried everything on the menu more than once.

If I could recommend one place in all of Oaxaca state it would be this restaurant.

Must-go for vegetarians. One of these places you imagine that once IG finds out about this, queues will be lined up all the way to the main cathedral. The place itself is sober yet stylish, meant to fully immerse one into the flavors of the natural versions of classical Oaxacan recipes.
