I will have to say that after reading the reviews of how friendly the owner was and what I just experienced was totally different. I speak Spanish pretty well so I asked if they had coffee and espresso or only pot coffee since that was all I saw the male owner walking around with and didn’t visibly see or hear an espresso machine. Owner looked confused and irritated. Then asked a patron what I said (I said it in Spanish) and the patrón repeated what I said and owner responded annoyed with agitated face. I cannot judge the food because we were sent away in the rudest fashion. We arrived with 2 sweaty and hungry children and even though there were seats available - what appears to be the owner - shouted at his staff that there is no space for us. There was no reservation or apparent reason why we were sent away.

The owner was sitting at the bar drinking beer at 10am so maybe that played its part. Or it's just not a family...

Excellent food and very friendly attentive service. The enchiladas are the best I've had in Puerto and possibly in Mexico. You will feel unrushed and Frank will give you spanish lessons and joke with you. Leticia is very sweet and an excellent cook.
