I had came across this street food vendor, by watching a Chopstix YouTube video; Luke Martin & Sabrina at the time.

All I can gladly say, it was a dining experience and worth every Mexican peso I had paid. I had 6 of them.

So, you help yourself to a card with a number. To which they will call out that number in Spanish. Then ask to what you want.

This my demolition of food

2x Rajas (Poblano Chile Cut Into Strips , Peppers, Cheese) 3x Pollo Tinga & Oaxaca Queso (Chicken) 1x Champíons & Quesco (Mushroom)

They also serve drinks but as to what these were, I’d never inquired.

Anti-bacterial pumps are available, as also napkins.

You get some homeless people coming and asking for food. So, it’s at your discretion if you wish to buy them food.

A good highlight of my stay in Oaxaca and will advise to check them out early before...

The memela con salpicon is one of the best things I’ve eaten in Mexico, maybe in my life. And only 15 pesos. The food here is amazing, you’d be a fool to miss out. Can’t put into words how much I recommend. Anyone who hasn’t given this 5 stars, I have to question there sanity. I ate almost everything they sold on multiple visits. It’s all great. defo recommend the nopales and the...

A MUST-VISIT in Oaxaca! We spent a month in the city and this might be my favorite place to eat. Memelas San Agustin is a small roadside stall serving a variety of fresh memelas. The service is always super fast, the staff is super friendly, the food is reasonably priced and everything is delicious! Make sure to try the Chicken Tinga. Veggie options...

An awesome group of ladies who serve up 20 peso treats everyday except Wednesday. It's a cart with limited seating, but worth the wait. My favorite memelas in Oaxaca. Perfect char on the handpressed tortillas. Go with the salpicon or tinga for delicious, but non-spicy fillings and don't forget to add the quesillo (Oaxacan string cheese).
