Poor hygiene, I can't believe he works with food and doesn't have a bit of hygiene when handling food, nor respect for the public road. Most likely you got Salmonella or worse.
Now I understand why I got a stomach ache and bloated the two times I ate there. His food made me feel bad and heavy. Besides not tasting good, it's expensive for a street stand that doesn't offer anything extra like good sauces or garnishes.
We tried a taco and an empanada, we only finished them out of politeness, not good at all, it felt very caked, too much flour and not enough filling. The owner is very friendly, he knows how to win customers of course, because kindness wins over quality! Honestly there are better places a few blocks away that are better....
