Beautiful experience here in Las Cuevas restaurant. It is a hidden gem of the hotel, a very romantic, but in the same time lively place. Dinner concept is different than other a la carte restaurants, it is kind of unpredictable, but worked really well for the two of us. Meat was the main dish served, and most of the menu was beef, with a few other choices, but you could also go ahead and use the buffet for side dishes like various salads, cheese as well as fish and many other options. At around 9:30 pm, there was a live band playing traditional mexican music, and they really lit the place up! Overall a great service and I highly recommend it to everyone.

My second time at this restaurant. Disappointed. Service next to non exist. If you want kind of service, pay tips first... Rolling down to bad all inclusive restaurants. Even being tipped in advance our waiter mixed up and forgotten drinks and even birthday cake. Looks like he was running too much clients at the same time, but still it's not our fault. Air conditioner did not work properly, I t was horrible . Meat was worth than medium. No life music, you fill that they cut the corners big time. Last time wait to the same place was 6 months ago, it was like day and night. We had to go to another place after for dinner. Very bad.

The setting of this restaurant is spectacular, it feels like you’re eating in a very fancy cave and the food is fantastic as well. There is a lot of selection to choose from and the meats that they bring to your table are really abundant. Definitely make sure to use the restrooms at this restaurant as it is a dimly lit cave in itself and a very amusing experience. It’s a little bit complicated to get to this restaurant but well worth it. There was a violinist playing current music and the ambiance was very nice. You must go if you’re staying at this hotel.

We visited this restaurant again after a great experience last year, but sadly, the quality has taken a significant downturn. This decline is evident not only in the restaurant but also in the surrounding area. The once-clear waters that the boat uses to transport people have turned brown and dirty, a stark contrast to the beautiful blue we saw last year.

As for the food, the meats were a huge disappointment. They were of poor quality—flavorless, overly fatty, and dry. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow, and we had to wait an unreasonably long time for the meat to be served at our table. Overall, this was a frustrating and underwhelming experience, especially considering how much we...

Beautiful location and ambiance, but the food was just ok. I will say for a meat lover, this may be paradise because it is all you can eat and it includes different cuts of meat Brazilian style. Since I don't eat meat, I was hoping the side dishes were great. Unfortunately, they were pretty basic. The pasta bar was a great idea because there was a variety of veggie, but the server didn't cook the veggies long enough so they were kind of hard. It actually wasn't good at all, I was very disappointed. The cream sauce had no flavor (maybe the marinara was better). The lava cake was also pretty basic. The grilled pineapple was yummy and the servers were very nice, but overall I was very...

Have to say that this was the worst restaurant that I visited while staying at Xcaret Arte. All the meats were extremely overdone, there was nothing that was cooked less than medium well. Every time they cut the meat off the skewer they cut off the outer burnt part. I had to ask for more that was less cooked. I eat meats cooked medium rare, but I can deal with medium in cases like this but wasn't even pink. The restaurant is indoors but was very hot and humid. We left after about 30 minutes of being sat. I have been to many "Brazilian bbq" type restaurants and this come nowhere close to even the chain ones. I would highly recommend that you chose another restaurant at...
