Trajinera At Xcaret — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

I had a dinner here, and there was no need for reservation even though it is an a la carte restaurant after 7 pm (I think). During the day it is a buffet concept. This restaurant is a very romantic place, right next to the pool, and service was great, starting from the front desk and all the way to the end of the meal. It was really quiet and just a few guests while we ate, so I'm not sure if we were just lucky or people don't know this place doesn't require reservations. I had the most wonderful experience here. I stayed at casa De Fuego marvelous! Our conseirge was excellent and provided up with the best service. Monste Butler and Jesus Azcarraga were amazing and treated me and my wife like a king and queen and they are the reason why I am leaving amazed with the service they provided. I spend over $10k in this 5 vacation but its was so worth it. All the amenities this hotel has and fun things to do at the park it just feels like i need to spend a whole month here to be able to finish everything. I will return atleast once a year here. Terrible service. Paid top dollar to stay in the hotel to not even get my plate after ordered it! The server took my order & then forgot, it was like 10 pm so the kitchen closed & left empty handed & hungry.

I’ve been staying in the hotel for the past week & had multiple issues like not being able to order guacamole for breakfast because it’s only available after noon, I waited over 30 min to get gluten free bread & like 20 min for salt & pepper lol seems like some employees can’t handle how busy this place gets.
