This has been my only bad experience at XCARET! Mexico. While the concept is promising, the execution left much to be desired. The heat and humidity were unbearable, making it extremely uncomfortable to enjoy the activities. The lack of fans in an outdoor setting only exacerbated the situation, coupled with uncomfortable seating that required three hours of endurance.

I wouldn't recommend this for kids. The show has great energy and a few highlights, but it ultimately lacks substance. It was excessively loud and unpleasant.

the food was decent but nothing extraordinary, and the refills took far too long, the worst part was that they forgot to bring my son birtdaycake.

Overall, I think the issues stem from their operational system. My kids were not impressed and did not enjoy the experience at all, and I, too, would not book again. I wouldn't recommend this dinner unless they implement a cooling system and work on enhancing the content of the show. Nevertheless, the performers brought great energy, which was one of the few redeeming aspects...

What a great experience! The show was fun and the food was delicious. I’m limited in what I can eat, as I am pregnant. However, the staff were so accommodating and provided me with alternate dishes that I could still enjoy. You definitely have to try this out one night of your stay! You arrive around 6:45 pm and they begin serving the 5-course meal shortly after. The show begins around the time the main entree is served. The show lasts until after 9 pm and is filled with a variety of unique dances and music. The shows fill up quickly, so maybe inquire/book before your arrival. We got lucky and someone cancelled the day of, allowing us a spot. So, don’t fret if they are full - there might be an opening at some point during your stay!...

Our waiter was Fabian Lingard from Mexico City originally. He was wonderful, very attentive to our needs, replenished drinks often, explained food and sensitive to any food allergies/intolerances. We don’t drink so made adjustments to make non-ETOH containing drinks. Recognized our anniversary with special dessert. The food was okay, liked the steak and shrimp main dish! Good show with lots of Mexican songs, dance, humor, and nostalgia. If menu and show were to change, would gladly return. Will recommend to friends that visit! Thanks Xcaret, another reason to come back...
