I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fuego Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience that left an indelible mark on my taste buds. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was captivated by the warm ambiance, impeccable service, and, of course, the culinary delights that awaited me.

The first thing that struck me about Fuego was its stylish and contemporary decor. The restaurant's elegant design combined with the warm lighting created an inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every detail of my dining experience would be attended to with utmost care.

Now, let's talk about the food—a true masterpiece at Fuego. The menu presented a tantalizing selection of dishes, each bursting with flavors that showcased the chef's culinary expertise. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for an extraordinary culinary journey.

Where to start? The food here is amazing. In my honest opinion, it's every bit as on par as HA'. The service & attention to detail sets new standards for anyone. Allow me to explain: Chef David is the star behind the dishes. While his kitchen is obviously not equipped with all the molecular gastronomy wizardry, as HA'... it's BETTER. Why? Because Chef David comes out, greets his patrons, is interested in their feedback & is INCREDIBLY dedicated to detail. He goes out of his way to cater his creativity towards your palet. If you had a memory of something from a year ago, where a specific dish was mentioned, or an ingredient or theme.. whatever it might have been.. David will take note & on the night of you following reservation, chances are you will be amazed in the greatest of ways. His cooking style is right up there with any of the greats I have dined at, no matter whether it is Spiaggia & Trio in Chicago, HA' in Mexico or Kunststuben in Switzerland. However, I placed him and his restaurant above the previously mentioned... why? Because Not only is he putting out flavors and creativity on par with them, but he and his staff offer personal magic not seen at the "top." Chefs tend to become self-absorbed once they hit a certain level. Yet here you have an amazing chef who takes such pride in his work that he comes out periodically to meet his patrons & listen to what they have to say. All while having his staff dialed in so well that he is able to do so for a few moments at a time without fear of disaster striking. His creations are elegant, flavors bursting, nothing overdone, nothing oversized & everything executed with perfection. Now, one must understand that his kitchen is limited in resources, but where it (equipment/resources) lacks, he & his kitchen staff shine through & make up for it 10 fold. As for the wait staff, they are fantastic, Especially Edson, who, in my opinion, is the greatest on the floor asset in David's restaurant. His personality, knowledge of everything offered (not to mention his superior knowledge of Tequila, Mezca & Mexican spirits... MIND BLOWING) He will be sure to remember you and your family & make you feel as if you were part of his

Last year, Ivany & I suffered a tragedy in our attempt to go on vacation (where I had planned to propose to her), but she couldn't make it due to an immigration hickup. The entire staff at Fuego knew what happened. This year we finally managed to arrive together & both Edson, David & the entire staff had remembered. The Most Amazing Sunday Brunch Ever! We only visited for the Sunday brunch but it was the best meal we had the entire trip. From Tomahawk steaks grilled to order to Alaskan king crab legs to fresh tuna sashimi come all of the best was on display. The desert section was amazing and the variety of everything in between was enough to make you fall before you even started eating! They even serve some exotic meats such as goat and roast Pig and beef tongue as well as traditional items like omelettes and tacos. They even have pizza for the kids. This brunch is only available as a complimentary perk to members of the resort but available to the public at an additional price. Either way, it is definitely worth it if you love...
