5 stars- for the food, nice patio zone, and friendly staff. 2 stars for wc😬🙈 We ate lunch on Saturday around 3pm, were almost only guests. Kombucha- passion fruit, equinox hot bowl, cheesy nachos and tacos with cauliflower is what we ordered. First some minor problems with order, but settled easily. (They forgot to add lentils and nuts to my equinox bowl, but after pointing out - brought it quickly) Delicious equinox!! As well as cheesy nachos! (Chorizo and cheesy pumpkin sauce were warm- we liked it, though added no quinoa as promised in the description and no replacement, but still delicious and big portion). Great casual place to get a bite! There are a variety of bowls, sushi and appetizers. The bowls are delicious. Each costs around 120 pesos. You can also get customizable bowls. I had the coconut bowl! It was especially scrumptious after a day of swimming in the cenotes! Definitely no complains! My belly was filled with glee and my body thanked me for the nutrition! Everybody was happy!

Everything is fresh and delicious. Staff mentioned items are made to order, which is uncommon to be honest. It seems many places serves per-made dishes. I really wanted to visit for their breakfast vegan French toast. Apparently the bread is custom made at a local bakery! Quite expensive compared to other restaurants in Pueblo and some meals not that elaborated for vegan food (like the burger) We had to wait 45 minutes for our food when there was only another family here and brought the wrong meal saying they didnt have the curry we wanted, and when we complained we dint want that one they brought the curry that apparently they did have.

At the end we had our food, we enjoyed even if it was overpriced and waited a long time, but then they included on our bill a 25% i guess for the tip, when you are supposed to leave the tip you want based on your experience and not what the restaurant wants. Im sure it was just a bad experience, as many friends liked the place thats why i give two stars...
