I don't recommend this place. The wait staff was very rude. First, they were out of most things on the menu. The were out of regular croissants and had only "gourmet croissants" which cost extra. Then, I wanted 4 eggs and the waitress would not allow me to order them saying I needed to order 2 full meals with 2 eggs each. So I ended up with 4 eggs and 4 pieces of unbuttered toast for almost double the price of 4 eggs alone (single eggs are listed as an option on their menu btw). When I asked for butter she said it would be extra. On the way out I tried to buy 2 more butters (I put them in my coffee that I purchased from them) and she refused to sell butter to me telling me to go to the grocery store. We landed in Tulum for the first time and quickly found this bakery right around the corner from our stay. All the staff is bilingual which is helpful if you do not speak Spanish.
