The food was great, the ambiance was great the only thing that wasn’t great was the server. He rushed us since the moment we walked in there. I kept having to tell him to give us some time to think about what we wanted. I asked about there 2 x 160 drink special and he said it was the mojitos and margaritas. I said great what type, is it different flavors and he started naming different types of flavors. We also ordered guacamole and he never brought it over so we just asked for the check. The check was completely off. He put a meal that we didn’t not even order.. the drinks were not 2 x 160 and he charged us for for the guacamole that we NEVER got. I want to give more stars but he made our experience horrible. At the end the bartender was very nice I explained the situation because he saw I was not happy and he fixed the check. I don't like writing bad reviews, but it has to be said: this was so bad that neither me or my partner finished our food. Partner's tacos were undercooked, yet dripping in oil. Filling was tasteless. But at least they were vegan... My fried tortillas were advertised as 'with or without cheese' which would have been fine if they hadn't then drizzled cream all over it. Bleh!!

It was super expensive for what it was, and the waiting staff seemed pretty indifferent to people wanting service.

For the money, La Taqueria: Pinches Taco Shop, was far better. Or, for plant-based, La Vegan Taquería is friendlier, tastier and great value for money (for Tulum, at least).
