Authentic amazing local food. Small family owned restaurant . We ordered the guacamole, fried plantains and a variety of tacos and fajitas. Everything was super delicious not a single plate was left with leftovers. Someone in our group wanted a Coke zero which they unfortunately didn't have and the restaurant went above and beyond to organize a bottle from nearby. That's world class service. The restaurant atmosphere was enjoyable with a mix of salsa and local Mexican music and it felt more like you were part of the family. Our son is coeliac and they went the extra mile to check whether the tortilla had gluten (they had sadly) which is more than 90% of the options out there who will just tell you it is corn based without checking. Read moreTaqueria Speedy was our crowd favorite with different food preferences. First morning after arriving in Tulum, we picked up some breakfast on the Christmas morning. Everyone liked it so much that we came back for 2 more dinners. Out group size was 15 with 7 vegetarian and 5 foodies!!!
