An Unforgettable Feast at Palmar: Flavor and Warmth in Every Dish
I have recently visited Palmar restaurant, and the experience has been a true delight for both breakfast and lunch. Every dish we've tried so far has showcased exceptional quality and flavor.
Breakfast: A Perfect Start To kick off the day, we have started with a Chocolatín (Pain au chocolat). It has been the perfect introduction: a pastry that was crispy on the outside but incredibly soft on the inside.
Next, we moved on to the main courses, which have been incredible:
The Birria-Quiles was a fantastic choice! Delicious totopos perfectly soaked in a flavorful birria consommé.
The Huevos en Cazuela (Eggs in a Skillet) has also been a standout. Served in an iron skillet, it featured totopos drenched in an exquisite tomato and guajillo sauce.
The Bacon Brioche was a delicious and hearty sandwich, perfectly balanced by a fresh salad and a surprising kimchi mayonnaise.
To finish, we ordered the French Toast with Bacon, which created a spectacular sweet and savory contrast.
To drink, we have accompanied everything with a café americano and the star of the show: a Mazapán Latte. I haven't tried a more delicious or original blend yet.
Lunch: The House Signature In the afternoon, the experience continued with the "Sayulita" hamburger. The homemade bun was incredibly soft and it was loaded with garlic shrimp (al ajillo), melted cheese, bacon, and mushrooms.
Captivating Service I have to give a special mention to the service. Rubén and Luz have made us feel right at home. Their enormous kindness and clear passion for every dish have made the experience truly complete. So far, this has been one of the most welcoming places we have visited.
finally. I have already decided that I will return. I leave hungry for more, eager to try another dish from their menu. Highly...
Read moreREAL REVIEW!!!!! A group of my friends(7 of us) and I went to have brunch here but the host (the lady) at the front explained that we needed reservations and the reservations were completely filled for the day. After a few minutes of my group waiting around the area trying to decide on another place to have brunch, shortly after a group of twenty people walked up were seated; I asked the group of people if they made a reservation they said no. This was discrimination at its finest, I later ask the host and the Manager on duty if there was a reason for the lady to lie about having a reservation they continued to try to explain to me that it’s only reservations and they weren’t able to seat us. Again, the group of 20 confirmed with me they had no reservation and they just walked up. I do no recommend any establishment no matter where it is located (city, state, or country) if they practice in discrimination or racism. I would recommend for the owner of this establishment to take a deeper look in who they choose as their staff members and what they stand for (values.) I’m very upset with the discrimination my friend and I experienced. I will post the names of the establishment once I go back to...
