Here’s the deal – paprika is in a truly beautiful physical location, and the wait staff is young and energetic and eager to please. The food is good, but even more impressive is the fact that the proprietors have kept live entertainment going in San Miguel de Allende throughout Covid and beyond.
I’m not completely objective, because I am one of the musicians who plays there. But I’m also not some suckup who would praise a place if it didn’t deserve it.
