Absolutely a lowlight of Tulum.

Within minutes of arriving a staff member was extremely touchy and inappropriate, when I made a complaint about it another staff member simply laughed about it as if it was a joke.

Ordered a mojito, got served something completely incorrect &they tried telling me it was a cuban mojito, despite the fact it was not listed anywhere on the menu. They would not take it back, & were extremely argumentative which is the last thing you want in the middle of your night out. Simply paid and left.

Price point wise I would say they are a dive bar, cashing in on prime...

Terrible awful experience . Place was super packed and they definetly was overcharging for drinks . When we got our bill and questioned the price they were rude and disrespectful about it . Then ran my card over 7 times to end up restricting my debit card . The guys were extremely disrespectful blowing kisses at my partner even grabbed her phone and threw it across the street in the rain while we waited for a taxi . We arrived at the bar, it was pretty empty We tried to elevate the atmosphere, we ordered food and drinks. It was nice at the beginning, !!!however(!) they charged us 100!!!!!!! pesos for a tiny tiny! bottle of water, and the most expensive tequila We ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money!
