Ramon's — Restaurant in Tulum

Una experiencia inolvidable en el restaurante Ramón Tuve la oportunidad de visitar el restaurante Ramón durante mi estadía en el hotel junto a mi esposo, y no puedo dejar de recomendarlo. Más allá de la deliciosa comida y el ambiente acogedor, lo que realmente hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera increíble fue el excepcional servicio que recibimos.

Queremos agradecer especialmente a Juan, Jorge, Victoria, Armando , Freddy , Gustavo y Luis, quienes nos atendieron de manera espectacular. Su amabilidad, carisma y profesionalismo hicieron que cada momento en el restaurante fuera especial. No solo disfrutamos de una excelente atención, sino que también nos hicieron pasar un rato muy divertido.

Definitivamente, si visitas este lugar, te recomiendo que te dejes llevar por el gran equipo que lo conforma. ¡Volveremos sin duda alguna!

An unforgettable experience at Ramón restaurant

I had the opportunity to visit Ramón restaurant during my stay at the hotel with my husband, and I can’t recommend it enough. Beyond the delicious food and cozy atmosphere, what truly made our experience incredible was the outstanding service we received.

We would especially like to thank Juan, Jorge, Victoria, Armando, Freddy, Gustavo and Luis, who provided us with spectacular service. Worse experience in Mexico. First the waiter Emmanuel didn’t want to change a Coca Cola from regular to light because “I didn’t say it at the time of ordering” he said with an attitude. Then we had appetizers which tasted average and I had a pizza which honestly tasted worse than frozen ones. One of the most authentic environment you will find in Tulum beach. Beautiful beach, very simple wooden bar, with great food balanced between local Mexican and international cuisine, decent prices, great service, and chilling atmosphere with Mexican music.
