Burger King — Restaurant in Valladolid

Very disappointed

Watch out as this burger king does the forex trick where they charge you in Canadian currency instead of the peso which causes you to pay a very bad exchange rate of 10 percent extra. I usually am on alert for this but this burger king does tap to pay and she held the machine away from me so I did notice the different exchange rate. I suspect this as done deliberately so people don't notice that they are paying the bad rate. I ordered food for delivery and after waiting more than 1.5 hours, I had to go to the shop and explain that my food did not arrive. Staff do not speak any English. I did not get my money back. Quand vous passez commande c'est un peu à la tête du client, vous voulez un pepsi max, vous payez pour, mais y en a pas dans le distributeur, l'obtention d'une bouteille de coca light n'est pas évidente pour autant, et si vous demandez le menu stackr king vous vous retrouvez avec un whooper, vous faites une réclamation, on vous ramène le whooper, et il faut répéter en caisse le contenu du menu et il faut insister pour avoir ce fameux sandwich avec bacon, au Mexique on fait répéter au fast-food mais ça n'a aucun intérêt quand on ne parle pas espagnol. Les quantités de frites et de onion rings semblent très en deçà de la quantité normale dans le menu classique et dans le menu xl. Bref c'est un fast food qui fonctionne très mal mais c'est le seul de Valladolid. Je vous conseille mieux et moins cher : la cafétéria du musée Murem rue 49a, vous serez mieux à tous...
