We decided to stop by Eleganzza Restaurant as our first meal in Valladolid. Part of our choice for this was being myself an entry level Spanish speaker but able to fumble his was through conversations/interactions and my wife speaking almost none. They had menu’s available with English translation which was helpful for her. The Agua fresca’s were great, large, and refreshing after a 3 hour ride there from Cancun and a flight into Cancun. We ordered the Charola Eleganzza and the Cochinita Pibil. Both were great overall. I would say the Charola Eleganzza for 2 is definitely large enough for 2 very hungry people and we couldn’t finish all of it with the order of Cochinita Pibil. The Pibil was delectable and it’s definitely better than the two other times I’ve had it thus far at Xel-Há and in Akumal. This would definitely be a stop for me again...

Unfortunately, we couldn't enter the percentage ourselves in the terminal and had to find out from the receipt that the waiter had raised...

To be clear, the garden was nice, and the food 'looked' good, but never got to try it as we were studiously ignored.
We were acknowledged at the door and told to enter and take a seat. The most I could get from a waiter was a hurried 'Hola', who then ignored us entirely, without even bringing a menu. We left after 15 minutes when a local couple were seated with menus by an attentive waiter immediately.
I can only guess they don't want foreigners coming in - my advice is to find somewhere else to eat, there's a lot of better places in town that are much...
