A pretty bad experience.

Our (party of 4) dinner started off well. The staff greeted us and even let us sit in a larger table despite being a smaller group.

We ordered drinks then food. 3 of the drinks came out within 10 minutes and the final drink came out 10 minutes after that.

We then had to wait another hour for food to show up. The odd part was that we were the table that had been there the longest in the restaurant and there was still another 10-15 minute delay before we got our food.

A bit ridiculous considering we were seeing food going out to other tables.

Eventually our food came out and some of it was cold and some warm. It seemed some of the dishes had been sitting for a while and just gave a bad experience especially after waiting for about 1.25 hours.

It seems this restaurant has an issue with coordination of dishes as this was a recurring issue throughout the night.

Restaurant Los Arcos is a beautiful place to enjoy a meal in Valladolid. The interior is stunning – full of charm and character, with lovely details that make the setting feel special.

We had the Pechuga Los Arcos and Longaniza de Valladolid as main dishes; and Plátanos fritos as a starter. Everything was absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavour. You can tell the kitchen puts real care into their dishes.

The waiters were kind, polite, and added to the relaxed atmosphere of the meal.

We went here with my wife and although it was one of our most expensive dinners it was quite awful. The service was fine, I got the burger which wasn’t too bad but came with very few fries, and my wife got the stuffed peppers, we also shared some tacos.
