Terrible Servicio! It started out with something super small: the waiter not being able to talk loud enough to the whole table could hear him through the music. Next we asked about vegetarian options, and were told about some of them. We asked for different dishes, one of them vegetarian. It took an easy 45 minutes for the drinks to come and another hour!!! for the food. The food was partially good. One dish was unexpectedly sweet, which it didn't say on the menu. The vegetarian food, pasta came with something like chicken fingers. We talked to the waiter about it, and instead of bringing us a new plate, he started discussing our options. Only when his colleague came we were promised a new plate of pasta. When the supposedly new pasta arrived, we did have our suspicions about it really being a new plate, since it arrived a lot faster than before. Sure enough we found left over Chicken crust in the pasta. Sorry, but that isn't even service anymore, it's treating customers like idiots.

At that point the waiter didn't even talk to us anymore. He sent the boss up to the terrace. At least she cancelled the order 😂😂 In my opinion you shouldn't even have to ask for that.

Tourist trap priced for suckers. I don't mind paying a lot for good food or a great ambiance. Condesa provided neither. The rooftop was ok- but less atmospheric than I expected. Went for dessert and drinks. The mojito was way too sweet- but that's understandable. The cake was what made me realise they don't care about what they are serving- they just want your money. Chocolate cake was a basic one that was probably purchased in a supermarket- with super sweet buttercteam frosting. The cornbread très leches was fine. They didn't bring/add the 3 leches sauce mentioned on the menu. It was essentially a dry sweet cornbread cake. The slices were large but even if the motto was 'quantity over quality', thsi was just not good value. I mentioned that the chocolate cake was awful. Still got charged for everything and they automatically added a tip without asking- over 600. Server was nice and efficient. I would have tipped regardless but dislike the automatic tourist rate. It was so bad that even my husband who will usually eat anything declined to finish the chocolate cake . Worst food of our trip. And we spent some time in a cheap all inclusive hotel. Wow the pizza was amazing! I was skeptical about this place because I read all the negative reviews. Honestly it surpassed my expectations. Although service was a little slow I still received good service and attention from the waiters who were very nice and courteous .About 3 different waiters came and ask how I was doing . The reviews stating that the pizza was not well cooked is false. The crust is cheese filled so it's by nature soft. We had a burger and a pizza and both well excellent . Great flavors! The pizza took long because they make it from scratch. We had drinks while we waited and it was fine. I rather wait for great food made from scratch than a reheated frozen pizza. The only negative thing I can say is that the pizza was not listed in the menu and I found out by looking at the images in Google and asking the waiter. I suppose they don't advertise it...
