A very unfortunate experience. I watched how they brought out the soup in a storage container put it in a cup and stuck in in the microwave while I watched. It was like being at home. Then they brought the frozen bread out and after a couple people handled the bread it also was reheated in the microwave. This whole process took 3 people that intermittently were busy chatting and checking phones. I asked to take it to go but they couldn't do that. I had a few spoonfuls of my soup and burned my mouth.
