Would like to express my gratitude for creating great café from drink celection to atmosphere, BUT everything is ruined by the lack of basic customer service of baristas. I don't like the coffee with syrups, but I like coffee with sugar. It changes the flavor of the drink if adding sugar after the drink is made, so I kindly ask to add sugar during the coffee crafted. But most baristas refuses and become VERY RUDE to my request. Coming from USA to Moldova, rudeness is the biggest concern that frustrates us as visitors. I travel a lot and even countries such as Cambodia knows that customer service practices are the best representation of their business and nation! Bonjour Café - a cozy street boutique with coffee, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. One of the standout features of Bonjour Café is the coffee – I particularly enjoyed their RAF coffee, which had a rich and full-bodied flavour. The atmosphere of the café is also top-notch – there is a park zone outside with chairs and tables, and the beautiful French music and relaxing tunes really added to the overall ambiance of the place.

Lovely place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee is very good, and they offer a nice variety of beverages to choose from. Service is quick and efficient, which makes a big difference since the queues can get long at times.

Price-wise, it’s on the higher side for locals, but the overall experience makes it worthwhile if you’re looking for quality. A couple of things to note: there aren’t any covers outside in case it rains, and during major holidays it can get very crowded.
