Mont Tacos — Restaurant in Montreal

WORST EMPLOYEE ENCOUNTER EVER ! For mediocre food as well… Went in and ordered the burger Tacos (#201402F) at 14h15 on July 6th 2023 when I noticed the female employee doing my tacos didn’t put cheese inside it so I kindly let her know, when her male coworker shows up out of nowhere to tell me with a big attitude, disrespect and rudeness that there’s no cheese inside only on top. When I tell him that’s not what the menu describes, he then tells me that he’s been working here for 3 years and has never put cheese inside the tacos. He’s making a lot of facial expression showing that he’s not even listening to what I’m saying or looking at the menu when I’m trying to point it out that it’s shows cheese inside and he’s completely side eying me while I talk. I will make a formal complain and I want to speak with a manager. That kind of behaviour in customer service is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ! (The two other female employee were very nice though). So disappointed! I will never order from here again! I ordered from ubereats 2 trios, both fries were missing, both drinks were not the ones we choose, even the sauce was wrong! The tacos itself was not so tasty! But I’m most of all disappointed with the service, I called the first time and they told me they were sending me another order shortly, I waited for two hours and called back, and they told me so rudely that I was the one supposed to do the other order (nonsense) which they didn’t!!!! They offered me a refund, and I asked so many times if I was the ome who’s supposed to do this with Uber , and they insisted that I had nothing to do! Well I didn’t get a refund, I called them back the next day and the supervisor denied everything they’ve said before and made a fool of me, said again that I was the one supposed to ask uber for a refund !!!!!!! Never again!!!! At least they should not...

Firstly: These aren't Tacos. They're more like rectangular grilled wraps.

Here is the definition of a Taco: a Mexican dish consisting of a fried tortilla, typically folded, filled with various mixtures, such as seasoned meat, beans, lettuce, and tomatoes.

There are no beans, lettuce, or tomatoes on the menu, at least on DoorDash, not sure about physically at the establishment. No guacamole, no salsa, no sour cream... I mean the closest thing to "Mexican dining" here is the jalapeño topping.

Secondly: The taste is odd as the sauce + meat combination/choices just don't make a ton of sense. It's not terrible, but that's also due to the fact that it's greasy. A wrapped up grilled trans-fatty meat filling.
