Big Mama Fast Food — Restaurant in Budva

Inadequate and uninterested staff. Waited for 45 minutes to get my order (takeaway) while they were serving people who ordered after me in front of my very eyes, clearly aware of me as i was standing outside and we were making eye contact every now and then. I would usually just leave at this point but you see they made me pay at the beginning. And THEN, after 45 minutes of waiting, I go inside for a SECOND time to ask where TF my burgers are they just mumble something like “oh oops here you go” and guess what- it was the wrong order and much cheaper burgers than i paid for. Also the place is very messy and looks dirty and unsanitary. Also the burgers i got were cold and just…bleh. Fries were the most horrible ones I’ve had in a while. Affordable prices BUT what is the point of something being cheap if its also trash??

The staff are absolutely amazing, first time we came across this burger joint they were SO busy and yet managed to make our burgers as good as you can imagine.

Danica & Ivan are so efficient & attentive to details, we had a lot of “add ons & don’t add” in our order and these guys delivered them to perfection.

Getting off the bus in Budva I spotted big mama right across the street. What a beautiful sight, a holy sight if I do say so myself. I've been coming here every day for about a week now and the food and the employees never disappoint. The atmosphere is wonderful, welcoming and warm. Everyone has a smile on their face, there's always music playing and you'll always leave fulfilled and satisfied.
