Oliva coffee — Restaurant in Budva

I received a €15 voucher for my birthday from my friends. Given that I am a regular customer in that store, they did not allow me to take one product, but the shopkeepers told me that I had to pay the full price for the value of the voucher. What's the point of a voucher if that day I only ate salad and didn't drink coffee, why aren't there exceptions for permanent customers, while the shopkeeper spoke to me in English and in the previous days in Montenegrin. If you have made a voucher for a gift, why don't the head chef for the selected product just sign the voucher and it's done, and I have to drink coffee, eat a caesar salad and a doughnut? So what's the point of a voucher? Isn't the point of ordering one thing and taking it away or signing a voucher to see how much money is left for use. Greetings to...

Provide card payment. It’s 2023, not everyone walks around with cash 💰

The sandwiches 🥪 could be greatly improved by just changing the bread. The bread looked very cheap and tasted low quality. It impacted he quality of the sandwiches. You could use nice baguette or some sort of ciabatta and then toast it. It would be so so much better and worth the 4 euros. Maybe croissant sandwich could be a very interesting option…

The best matcha latte I’ve had of all the coffee shops I’ve been to in this area. They also had oat milk which I’ve found hard to find. Also had a hot cacao which was honestly so tasty. The service was brilliant as the staff were so friendly and engaging. Stayed here for a few hours working on our laptops and noticed everyone that came in seemed very familiar and friendly so the atmosphere was really pleasant and we didn’t feel isolated or in the way. The cakes were really delicious, but there is not a lot of food options if you’re thinking of eating. But what there is did look...
