Disaster! Unbelievable! They have a deal with Hotel Conte and saving the sun beds only for their guests. When we asked them on our first day do we need to reserve beds on the beach they said nooo, you only have to come here early in the morning and put your towel on the bed. That was a lie! We've done like they said and returned in an hour later on, they removed our towels and told us that it was only for Hotel Conte's guests. We said but you told us otherwise, and why there's no sign what's busy and what's not?! You have to literally begg them to give them 15 euros to sit each other on heads and listen to catastrophic domestic music from 90.s so loud that you need an ear guards, it's about 180.000 decibels! Never again!!! Even if they begg us to come there and everything is for free, now it's a mater of principles! They should be a shamed of themselves! Goodbye forever!

Ako i imate sreće da nađete neko slobodno mesto naplate duplu ležaljku 15evra da sedite jedni drugima na glavama. Rekli su nam da nema rezervacija nego dodjes kao rano ujutru i ostaviš peškir na ležaljku, kad smo došli posle sat vremena sklonili su nam peškire pod izgovorom da je rezervisano za goste hotela Conte, a ništa nije bilo obeleženo! A muzika tek, haos, 180.000 decibela muzike iz 90.ih! Nikad vise sve i da me...

Definitely the hippest bar in Perast. Excellent chill place for drinks, views, and a dip in the sparkling blue water, with showers and changing booths. If you can snag one, the €20 lounge beds & umbrellas are a great way to spend an afternoon. Even if you can only get a table, the friendly staff never pressures you to order more or leave. Music is IMHO fantastic, but loud enough that it's hard to talk. Cocktails were good and reasonably priced. However, the food was rather disappointing. When we came in early September, the menu included 12 items, mostly burgers, sandwiches, and salads (though one salad is vegan). We were told that nothing could be modified or ordered that wasn't on the menu, including any a la carte items like fries (which makes it probably the only restaurant in Montenegro that doesn't serve fries!). Bit of a bummer for our picky vegetarian son. We were also told that food has to come from an off-site kitchen and can take up to 30 mins (it took a little less than that). It showed up in foil takeaway containers with nearly useless plastic cutlery. Long story short, come here for the drinks, the beach, and the vibe, but not for the food. We spent 5 days in Perast for our honeymoon and basically lived at the Pirate bar, zero regrets. Great music, with an awesome DJ on Saturday, and the best beach for swimming in town. Friendly service that is attentive and fast when you need something, but staff will otherwise let you hang out all day without ever making you feel pressured to order more drinks. Best and strongest iced coffee I had in all of Montenegro. For 20 euros you get a double sunbed and umbrella, and top notch service. Smaller beanbags were 10 euros, with plentiful seating undercover otherwise. Gin and tonics were 4.50, and other drinks ranged up to 10. I adored the gin strawberry Rosso, and the beers were cheap. The wedges and fries were perfectly crispy and salted, and the sandwiches were delicious and filling...
