This is an unorganized, bad restaurant unfortunately. We barely sat down and already got asked what we want, even though the waitress just gave us the menu a few seconds ago. It really felt like we were being rushed and we had to tell her we need time to look at the menu. In addition to that, we originally reserved a table for the special sushi occasion to ensure that there will be one plate for each of us (4 people) just to get told that there is only one single plate left. That was kind of weird already because it shouldn't be a problem for a restaurant of quality to produce more food if requested/needed. But no. We had to split the plate to at least get SOME of it. Then when we ordered our food we weren't even asked if we wanted to drink something. My boyfriend then ordered something for himself and when the other two people and I wanted to proceed, we almost were forgotten. She seriously assumed that nobody wanted a drink and also didn't ask. That's not worth being called "service". Anyways. When they brought the food, there wasn't even enough space for everything because the table was too small. My boyfriend and I split a meat platter which was COMPLETELY dry. The meat was overcooked AND stored for too long. I, myself, work at a restaurant which means I'm pretty sure that they prepared it in the afternoon and just kept it warm. We were there at 8 P.M. We could barely cut the meat because it was too hard. It was very spiceless, the fries were not salted, the vegetables were not fresh at all. The other people ordered "grilled octopus" which actually literally just had been fried in old fat. The texture and taste were not pleasant at all. The milkshake was very thin and watery.
When we decided to give criticism, the waitress SUDDENLY wasn't able to speak and understand any English at all. Same with Russian. Even though we talked to her in Russian beforehand without any obstacles. Then we told her that we'd like to talk to someone in a higher position - the chef, her boss or whoever but there was nobody there either. Allegedly. You could tell she was lying.
We eventually gave up and wanted to pay and leave. The total was just about 100€. It wasn't even worth half the price though.

Arrival Experience: Upon arrival, we parked our car in a car park outside and waited 25 minutes for a golf car, but it never arrived. Despite confirming with reception that someone is coming to pick us us, we were left to walk with our luggages for an additional 10 minutes as no assistance was provided.
Room Amenities: Upon attempting to take a shower, there was no hot water available. When trying to open a window for fresh air, the window unexpectedly fell on me, posing a safety hazard. -One single bed cover was provided for a double bed. This means that me or my partner will be sleeping without a cover. No phone in the room to call and ask to bring it. It was too late and we were too tired to go downstairs and ask for another cover.
Customer Service and Response to a complaint: Upon reporting the issues to reception, we were informed that the entire hotel was experiencing a hot water problem, with no immediate solution offered. Hot water was only available the next day. Expressing dissatisfaction with the level of service compared to the €150 room rate, our concerns were dismissed, and a resolution was not provided. Despite requesting management intervention, I was advised that manager on duty doesn’t speak English and therefore will not going to talk to me. Our concerns were unaddressed.
Lack of Follow-Up: Since manager is not going to talk to me, I asked 2-3 times to record my complaint and contact me in the morning so we can discuss this. I said very clearly that we are not happy, this is really bad!!! I was advised that it will be discussed with me in the morning. But then, a commitment to contact us in the morning regarding our complaints was not fulfilled. During check-out, no inquiry was made about our stay, and we were simply told that golf carts is ready for us to bring us back to the car park.
It’s a shame that Hotel is located in a nice place but experience just was poor. I would never come back here!! There are so many hotels in the area, I strongly recommend you to choose another one!

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel to others. ||We chose hotel carefully and meet with the new management already in April (we stayed in June) and in between there was a management change and new management made us disappointed. ||First of all we got the wrong key by the receptionist so on our wedding night we could not enter the hotel at all. We tried to text and call when we got there at 2AM but did not get a hold of anyone as reception is open 8 AM to 8 PM. We actually did not have anywhere to spend the night it was pretty ruined. The staff was very sorry about it afterwards but we did not get any compensation for the nights (except €20 restaurant bill we refused to pay). ||Apart from this insistent. Rooms are rather small but nice. We had with ocean view. ||For the price paid the breakfast was terrible I would give it 1-2 stars. The restaurant was closed during our stay so we couldn’t try it out. Location in Perast is nice and the staff is friendly but management seemed not to care a lot for guests or service. Staff overall seemed frustrated and disappointed and argued in front of us on one or two occasions. ||The property itself has potential but not living up to any of it at the moment...
