The waiter at the beginning was really nice. We're placed the order and then it stars. Many of guests who come in after us not just after us but I'm talking about 5 up to 10 min after us received them orders before us. When I've asked him what is going on he replied that it takes a some time to ccook whole chicken 😂🤣Our order was steak with grilled vegetables, prawns with grilled vegetables and spaghetti bolognese. All of this meals doesn't take 45 min to prepare and cook. Finally when we received our meals (15 min left to our boat departure) we let the waiter know that we have no choice and we have to cancel our desserts becouse we don't have a time to eat them in the restaurant. He's replied was that he put them already on the bill and he can't do nothing about it. I've asked him again to take all desserts off the bill and he replied that he can't do it. I've ask him to bring his manager to have a chat with him then he replied what for and he went. I thought he will came back with reduced bill or his manager and he came back with all desserts packed in kebab trays to take them away. That was to much. When I rise my voice up and asked him again about his manager he took away those desserts slam our bill in rude way on the table turn around and as he was walked away he said I'll reduce the price. On top of it just to let you all know that all our meals wasn't hot just cold. Finally he took all desserts of the bill. Really poor service I don't recommend it at all. Stay...
Read moreAfter a really nice afternoon in Perast, we decided to sit here for lunch because the view is unbeatable and the terrace looked stylish. We spent 20 minutes waiting so they would bring us the menu before we, out of self-respect, decided to stand up and leave. Not without getting a reproach from the waiter, shouting: "I was going to come, okay?" The problem was not waiting for 20 minutes, we are on holiday and we have time. The problem was how invisible we felt when we saw the 2 waiters cleaning empty tables, chatting with each other, and treating other tables like a 5 stars hotel. Since it was 2 waiters serving barely 5-6 tables, it's not like they were busy. After a little introspection, we are quite confident about what the "problem" was: we didn't look "rich"/fancy. I was coming from a swim in the beach, wearing basic clothes (t-shirt, shorts) and my friend wearing a summer dress. Compared to other tables where they were dressing more formally. We felt invisible, and while they didn't bring us the menu, we saw them putting the menú in an empty table nearby (!). We felt like they simply wanted us to leave. I have worked in hospitality myself, and I fine that is such a poor judgement to discard customers by the way they look. Since many times the customers who look more "relaxed" have 3 times more income than the ones wearing the only Gucci/Guess cloth they have. We ended up going to the next restaurant (Djardin) which was fantastic, food...

We started our 10 day trip by staying in nearby Kotor for the first 3 days, and happened upon this place by accident. We had a reservation at the nearby Conte restaurant and showed up early to explore Perast. With not much to explore (really small town with 1 road), we sat down at a table at Armonia and the best waiter in Montenegro, Dusan, walks up. And there began an experience that made us change the plans for our last 2 days in Montenegro and come back just to stay in Perast. At the end of our trip I gave this dude a hug. If I had to do it again, I would spend every sunset of my trip, sitting at a table on the outdoor deck of Armonia, sipping their rakija and reading.
The food here is also good and you get a huge serving for your money (I swear to god... I ordered the grilled octopus and there were 2 whole octopi on my plate... 16 tentacles). The grilled calamari was the best dish I had there. But if you want the best rakija, with the best sunset view in all Montenegro, go have a seat at Armonia and have my friend Dusan bring you some...
